Growth Through Ownership
How Cassie Schwarzenstine Drives Consistent Impact

When people talk about workplace culture, they often get stuck on the perks. But at Clickstop, we believe the most valuable “benefit” is found in the relationship between an individual’s drive and the company’s investment.
We view this as a reciprocal relationship: when our people are engaged and invested in the work, we invest deeply in them. We treat our team members as the complex, capable humans they are, providing a launchpad for those who are intentional about their growth.
In Q1, Cassie Schwarzenstein, a Digital Marketing Strategist for our US Cargo Control brand, illustrated how this relationship drives both personal growth and business excellence.
Defining “Impactful” Through Action

In our culture, being Impactful is a core trait that separates those who stay busy from those who drive results. It’s about a “can-do” attitude that avoids analysis paralysis and takes full ownership of the outcome.
Cassie, who joined our team in October 2021, has spent the last four years proving that a job description is a starting point. She works where the work is, across multiple brands and teams, with a level of unassuming excellence that has made her a go-to strategic partner. What sets her apart is her incredible consistency. She started off strong in her first 6 months and continues to impress those around her.
Solving the Complex with Urgency
Nowhere was Cassie’s impact more visible this quarter than during the Estimated Delivery Day (EDD) project. This initiative—critical for our customer experience—had hit a wall of technical complexities and data gaps.
While others might have waited for a manual or a directive, Cassie leaned into her curiosity. She analyzed the documentation, consulted with the right experts, and returned with a clear path forward.
“At an alarmingly fast rate, Cassie came back and said, ‘I know what we need to do. Let me get to work.’ That’s exactly what she did.” — Matt Mitchell, VP of Brand Development
People thrive when they are trusted to own their work. Cassie’s Q1 performance is about her willingness to act as a bridge across the entire company. From aligning product data across Fasteners Plus and US Cargo Control to proactively researching new tools to help our teams document processes more efficiently, Cassie is empowered to work with autonomy to get results.
Her impact is felt from our marketing teams to our IT department. As Sarah Meinders of our Shopify IT team noted, when Cassie is on a project, “no stone will be left unturned.”
Investing in Each Other
We regularly talk about providing “opportunity for those who seek it.” Cassie is a prime example of someone who has sought growth and found a company ready to match her pace.
“What I love most about working at Clickstop is the strong emphasis on growth and development. The opportunities to explore new skills and take on projects that support my interests keep me engaged and make work fun!” — Cassie Schwarzenstein, Q1 Impactful Award Winner
When an employee-owner brings that level of hunger and humility to the table, our commitment is to provide the stability, support, and specialized opportunities they need to keep evolving. That is the differentiator. That is how we work.
Congratulations, Cassie, on being our Q1 Impactful Award Winner! Thank you for showing us that when you take ownership, the sky is truly the limit.
