Intern Journeys: Exploring Growth & Impact
Best wishes to our summer interns and thanks for all you’ve done!
We’re still in denial that summer is slowly coming to an end. One of the main reasons we’re sad to see it go is that our intern experience comes to a close.
We are proud of everything they’ve accomplished this summer and look forward to seeing what’s next for each of them.
The success of our interns is two-fold: the impact they have had on Clickstop as well as the impact Clickstop has had on their own journey in discovering or confirming their strengths, needs, and interests.
Impact on Clickstop
Each intern has made significant contributions to their teams and areas of focus, whether it was taking on new and challenging responsibilities or using their strengths to tackle high-priority projects.
“Kyler has been a great addition to the team over the last couple of months by providing immediate impact and support to buyers. He has shown initiative and hunger to want to do more and provide more support to our team. We have really enjoyed having Kyler on the team with his can-do-attitude and we’re excited to see what his future impact will be!”
– Stephanie Mayer, Purchasing Team
“Throughout her summer internship, Karly made strides in enhancing Clickstop’s digital brand presence. Karly took on various projects to elevate the company’s image both internally and externally. She sought to learn about more than just her role but how it fits into the larger picture of the entire company.”
– Lauren Gilbertson, Engagement Team
“Matt’s impact on the technology team this summer has been very felt! His knowledge and experience have helped to fill in gaps on our team in Item Fulfillment and order processing in the warehouses. We’re already seeing gains from Matt’s impact and he’s expanding his knowledge to take on even more responsibilities.”

Impact on Interns
In addition to everything they’ve learned and the growth we’ve seen, our interns will take with them a newfound expectation of a workplace, one that leads with a commitment to culture, defined values, and clear and high expectations.
“Clickstop has really set the bar high for anything after this. The driven and like-minded people surrounding me have shown me what a great support system looks like. I now realize how I do my best work and it’s by working with a team full of good people.”
– Ikenna Ofokansi, USCC Service Team Intern
“I came into this internship thinking that I would have to do a lot of problem-solving on my own and that I would have to be able to do this stuff right away. However, I’ve learned through this experience and at this workplace especially, people are constantly offering their help and checking in with me to see if I’m understanding things.”
– Hayden Steele, Finance Intern
“I will definitely take the Founder’s Formula with me. I like to have clear expectations and a vision in my work, so it has really helped to guide me through my internship. Allowing me to have a vision of what I want to do, what I see, and then setting clear and high expectations for myself. I’m very much of a to-do list person and I like to have tasks, so it’s perfect for me.”
– Takiya Wilson Mueller, Human Resources Intern
We are thrilled to see where the future will take them!
