An Iowa Top Workplace for 10th time

Clickstop has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Iowa Top Workplaces.

This is the tenth time Clickstop has received this honor in its 18-year history. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

At the event held in Altoona, IA on September 14, Clickstop was named the #12 Top Workplace for a mid-size company. But that wasn’t all. Clickstop also was called to the stage to receive the top honor for work/life balance. In total, 2,677 companies participated in the Top Workplaces Survey and nearly 150 companies were recognized.
