Q2 Impactful Award: Jenny Rapp

“She is killing it and makes it look so easy as she juggles her role and takes on more!” – Nominator

Jenny Rapp, on our Manufacturing team, took on quite the workload last quarter. But when you pit that work up against her positive attitude and ability to accomplish amazing amounts of important work, you understand why she is Clickstop’s Q2 Impactful Award Winner.

Last quarter, Jenny continued performing at a high level while executing her role, the Interim Production Manager duties, and additional work while a teammate was out.

Making an impact is about more than just getting a ton of work done. She used her strengths of organization and time management to prioritize the sheer amount of work, and then she got to the part that really stuck out to those around her.

Jenny stepped up through these changes and embraced difficult conversations when team members’ behavior didn’t align with our core values. “She has been courageous by asking difficult questions and challenging the status quo,” said her nominator.

Those who recognized her for this award were especially appreciative of her calm demeanor during stressful situations. At a time when the team was between production managers, her nominator said that “the team hasn’t skipped a beat due to her leadership skills, and even with her extra responsibilities she is always thinking of the team.”
