Our Q3 2018 Rock Star
There is more than one reason that a Rock Star is created, but ultimately, it’s about the music. The music of a Clickstop Rock Star is their ability to engage with, live out and instill the Core Values into others. At Clickstop, we recognize our Rock Star because the quality of their music has created a significantly positive impact.
The Recognition
Grant Wanninger embodies our values. He seeks great results and creates expectations for his team through which they’re achieved. Setting clear expectations requires a clear understanding of where you need to go. Whether it’s directly related to the values, or the skills necessary for growth, Grant seeks to bring clarity to what’s going well and what needs to be improved upon.
Grant also seeks and delivers clarity to the vision of his team. This is a continuous work and takes great communication within and around the team. The alternative is to just ride the waves of change and hold on. This may work for a while, but it’s not sustainable. It’s too isolated on oneself. Grant is in tune with his team and is concerned with their engagement. He has created a thriving, successful and autonomous Purchasing team accomplished through great execution of the Why and the What.
2018 has been a year of growth for Clickstop. We have learned a lot about what we are doing well and where we can improve. Grant has supported this growth by holding himself and multiple team members accountable to clear, open and honest communication. Clickstop is pleased to recognize Grant as our Q3 2018 Rock Star. Well done, Grant!
