Clickstop Strategy and Opportunity
One thing is for sure about Clickstop… Change is constant! And not change just for the sake of change. But truly making the workplace better, more effective, more efficient… A place to grow and achieve great things. A place of strategy and opportunity.
If you come to Clickstop, the first thing you are going to notice… HAPPY PEOPLE!
Walking in the door is an experience. The atmosphere is different. People are happy to see you. People genuinely care. Employees do not look at someone coming in just as some other person who wants a tour. We are wondering, “Is that my next teammate?” Some might even wonder if that person is their next workout buddy, lunch friend, or the next person to go out after work for a few drinks and just enjoy each other’s company. We are looking for a new friend. A new hard worker who wants to put their stamp on the world.
Another thing you will notice about Clickstop is a great facility that helps each employee do their best work everyday.
We have a full kitchen and Chef Zach to keep us well fed. We have lots of spaces to meet, brainstorm, get things done. Conference rooms set up for success – TVs to share your laptop screen and glass white boards to collaborate. Comfortable casual furniture for more informal meetings, and tables, rolling chairs, and projectors for times that require a formal structure. We have a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and basketball for when you need to let off some steam. Need a break from your desk and some time in the sunshine? Go outside to the patio and catch some rays. We don’t mind.
At Clickstop, we do like to show you the fun. But trust us when we say we work hard.
We not only are setting the bar for great work place culture, but we are a prime example of work hard, play hard. The great thing about us is that we know that to get the best quality of work, the most engagement out of our employees, we cannot stand over each other with a red pen and time clock. We strive for each employee to work in their zone, to their own strengths. And it makes all the difference.
I could go on and on and on…. But instead, let’s have Tammy sum it up for you in our newest video. Enjoy!
