Q3 Enthusiastic Award Winner: Mike Staebell
Driving Impact with Enthusiasm
There are always those people at work who give you energy when you work together. Their enthusiasm for their work and the organization is infectious! It isn’t always the person who is the most outgoing but can be someone who simply goes out of their way to provide you support or is willing to try new things.
In Q3, our Enthusiastic Award winner did just that. His coworkers felt listened to and supported and they witnessed how open he was to trying new things and growing his skills.
This quarter we are excited to celebrate Mike Staebell as our Enthusiastic Award winner!
One nominator said:
It’s fun to work with Mike because he is willing to teach, offer encouragement, is creative, and looks for new ways of doing things. He set up lunch and learn meetings every Friday for an hour to give his coworkers lessons in Adobe. This gives us the perfect chance to ask questions and learn more tips and tricks that take a lot of time to learn and master.”
Mike was intentionally looking for ways to develop his leadership skills by creating opportunities for others to learn and grow. As team members leaned into that space, they experienced Mike’s passion, humility, and drive for excellence.
“This quarter, I’ve further developed my delegation skills and made a concerted effort to provide learning opportunities for my teammates. Both of these allow others to learn new skills and contribute in areas outside their area of expertise. Along the way, I learned lessons, grew as a person, and built trusting relationships with my teammates.”
Great leadership and great delegation go hand-in-hand. Mike is growing in both and it’s driving momentum and progress. His dedication to growth in those areas has positively impacted his career, his coworkers, and Clickstop! That enthusiasm is contagious and drives others to be their best selves.
“There are many enthusiastic folks at Clickstop,” Mike said, “and whether they (or I) have been officially recognized or not, it’s flattering to be mentioned among them.”
