Go-To Teammate: Tayler Rajtora
We want to take time to recognize a Clickstopper who is driving growth for herself and others.
Let me introduce to you, Tayler Rajtora!
Tayler has consistently been a go-to resource for her teammates, offering support, insights, and a willingness to help others grow. Whether it’s answering questions, providing thoughtful feedback, or simply being available to bounce ideas off, Tayler consistently shows up with honesty, clarity, and a spirit of collaboration.
Her deep knowledge, both technical and product-related, impresses and supports those around her. Tayler not only embraces opportunities to drive results, like her recent success with Bulk Order requests and abandoned cart outreach, but she also ensures that every customer interaction is top-notch. She’s thorough, proactive, and her attention to detail makes it easier for everyone who steps in to assist our customers.
Tayler isn’t a manager, but she’s a leader. She has consistently demonstrated open, honest, and respectful communication to peers and to leadership. This includes feedback shared in the Employee Engagement Survey that prompted insightful dialogue and an improved employee experience. Tayler balances directness with tact, aligning with our core values, and creating an environment where others feel empowered to succeed. She’s reliable, responsible, fun to work with, and, bonus points, she’s apparently a fantastic cook too!
Tayler, your resilience, knowledge, humor, and heart make you a great asset to the CAT ISS team and the entire Clickstop community. Thank you for setting the bar high and consistently demonstrating commitment and aligned action with our mission and values!

What were you doing prior to Clickstop?
I was a banquet server at the Double Tree through college. I graduated in December ‘22 and took a good 6 months looking around before I came across Clickstop and knew it was the right place for me.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
I stayed in a cabin in the mountains in CO. We also did some white water rafting on this trip.
What’s one question you’d want to ask your pet(s)?
I’d ask Obi how he knows what time I get off every day down to the minute. He will run into my office every day at the same time wagging his tail knowing it’s play time lol.
Cities or remote places?

Why are pizzas usually round?
Going to take a guess here and say it’s something to do with the dough shaping. Easier to shape a dough ball into a circle than a square, and bonus fun getting to spin the dough in the air.
