when Challenges Stack up, Cassie Schwarzenstein Steps up

Excellence requires perseverance in challenging moments — Cassie  has shown us that she can succeed under pressure.

When key team members exited and workloads doubled overnight, Cassie didn’t flinch. She stepped in. She owned it. She thrived. From handling complex tariff-driven pricing updates to taking over category management and email marketing, Cassie didn’t just keep the wheels turning — she kept us moving forward with confidence and momentum.

Her work is smart, thorough, and consistently a few steps ahead. She caught critical issues (like saving our product data during a tricky platform upgrade), executed huge pricing overhauls flawlessly, and seamlessly managed marketing reporting for multiple brands. And she did it all while mentoring new teammates, documenting processes, remaining available to answer questions from teammates, and ensuring no detail slipped through the cracks.

Cassie’s not just checking boxes — she’s building better systems, making smarter decisions, and helping Clickstop level up at every turn. She embodies what it means to be impactful, communicative, decisive, and committed to excellence.

Cassie, thank you for setting the pace, lifting the standard, and leading by example. We’re better because of you.

What’s one question you’d want to ask your pet?

Mandy ran away the same day we got her by biting through the leash on the way to the apartment when something scared her – we chased her for four hours and animal control caught her the next day. I would love to ask what she did on her “last hurrah.”

Why are pizzas usually round?

When cut into wedges, round pizzas have a much more acceptable crust to toppings ratio. No worrying about getting a corner piece that is mostly crust or an inner piece with no crust at all.
