Emily Dailey’s Versatility is Creating Opportunity

Clickstop’s mission is to build a business that’s enjoyable, sustainable, and creates opportunity for those who seek it. When a leadership role opened on the Customer Service team, we hadn’t planned to move one of our Inside Sales managers — but Emily saw the chance to make an impact. Her willingness to step into the new role also opened the door for another team member to grow into management, creating opportunity all around.

Since stepping into the Service Manager role, Emily has made a big impact in a short amount of time. She jumped in, filled training gaps, and quickly became a steady force on the team. She listens, follows through, and when something isn’t working, she doesn’t settle for “that’s just how we do it.” She pushes for better — and brings people with her. Emily knows how to look at a process from start to finish, quickly identifying where assessment points need to be made, while simultaneously understanding the ripple effect of how making a change in one area is going to impact another. This allows Emily to get to the point of contact efficiently, working with each individual or team along the way to implement process change.

Emily leads in a way that earns trust. She gives her team room to own their work but stays close to the numbers and feedback, so everyone stays aligned and supported. This is the Founders Formula in action.

Team morale has taken a noticeable leap under Emily’s guidance — and it’s not just about better performance (though that’s happening, too). It’s about connection, recognition, and shared success. She celebrates wins, tackles tough conversations, and works cross-functionally to get results for the customer that fit our brand promise – what you want, when you need it. As a result, the team produces results not just for the customer, but for one another, their brand, and Clickstop with genuine enthusiasm.  Well done, Emily!

Motion City Soundtrack- They’ve been great since I was in high school and they still are! I was able to see them live a few years ago and they still got it!
