Shoutout to Bradyn Schlief – Making a Big Impact Fast!

We want to take a moment to give a shoutout to Bradyn Schlief for
crushing it in his new role as Shipping Coordinator!

Since Bradyn stepped into the role a couple months ago, both the Sales and Service teams have noticed a significant improvement in Urbana warehouse communication and on-time shipments. That’s a big win for all of us — and especially for our customers.

Bradyn’s been strategic in connecting the dots between the warehouse and the rest of the team. He’s helped cut down on back-and-forth emails, made order changes and cancellations smoother (thanks to WMS), and consistently shows up with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. If something tricky comes across his desk, he’s on it — making sure it gets shipped right, with the best carrier, and without any hiccups. His work is helping out the IT team, too — catching order issues before they turn into support tickets.

On top of that, Bradyn’s attitude toward growth is aligned with our mission. He’s been open about wanting to learn while also pursuing it. He’s stretching himself and taking on new challenges — even when it means stepping outside his comfort zone. He is putting himself out there and advocating for his own development, and it’s made an impression on others. This is what it looks like to create opportunity for those who seek it!

Bradyn, thank you for jumping into this new role with energy, ownership, and focus. You’re setting a great example and we’re all excited to see how you continue to grow in it. Well done!

What was your job prior to joining Clickstop?

Before joining Clickstop, I didn’t have a formal job — I primarily earned income by mowing lawns and doing small landscaping jobs. It was a great way to build accountability, responsibility, and time management skills.

Do you like cities or remote places better?

I’m definitely more of a remote places person. I enjoy the peace and quiet, and there’s something refreshing about being surrounded by nature or in a less hectic environment. That said, I do appreciate the convenience and energy of cities when I need a change of pace.

What song / band have you been listening to on repeat?

Lately, I’ve been listening to a lot of Alice in Chains. Their music resonates with me — it’s gritty, unique, and always puts me in the zone.
