Q2 Opportunistic Award: Carly Grimm

Some people associate opportunity with luck.

In Q2, luck had nothing to do with Carly Grimm’s impact. It had everything to do with her sense of ownership.

“Carly made the decision to tackle this (project) head-on. She owns the responsibility and never makes excuses.” – Nominator

When her team mentioned an area of improvement during one of their meetings, Carly didn’t just smile and nod.

She took action.

Several Clickstoppers work on Amazon-related tasks. Many of those individuals were seeking a better understanding of the entire platform so they could provide a higher level of customer service. Amazon isn’t a tool to take lightly. Carly knew the importance and impact that additional education could have on her peers and our customers. If a business’s customer service slips up on Amazon, it will shut them off immediately.

Knowing the ripple effect and the opportunity in front of her, Carly gathered resources, created a presentation, and spearheaded the next team meeting. She went one step further and brought in Rhonda Daisy from our Marketing team to provide more clarification on how Amazon’s backend works.

As a result of this training, Carly created impactful conversations that brought to light an issue that was impacting the Purchasing team. With the issue identified, they quickly found a solution.

“It really impressed me how much Carly put into this. You can see how passionate she is about making sure everyone is on board and has the correct information.” – Nominator

Carly’s collaboration, adaptability, and ownership made her a standout choice for Clickstop’s Q2 Opportunistic Award.

Congratulations, Carly!
