Q3 Courageous Award Winner: Rachel Neve

It can be difficult to raise our hand and be a leader over something we have no expertise in. The threat of the unknown or potential for failure can slow progress or stop us from starting at all. In Q3, our Courageous Award Winner recognized the opportunity and went for it

Today, we celebrate Rachel Neve as our Q3 Courageous Award Winner!

“If you could get up the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.”
– David Viscotti

When Rachel’s team needed someone to take over managing their Hubspot account, it presented an opportunity. If done well, it directly impacts how we serve our customers and generates greater revenue by providing an excellent customer experience.

“I am not innately outspoken,” explains Rachel. “Being courageous has been one of the main Clickstop Code Behaviors I’ve sought to improve on.” With this awareness, Rachel leaned into the opportunity to learn the program. “She stepped up in Q3 after the need arose…she had zero experience but dove in and figured it out,” says her nominator.

Rachel wasn’t cautious in her approach. Her willingness to learn and grow created a seamless transition of ownership and resulted in high-quality work. “I took it on full steam ahead,” Rachel says. “It provided me with more in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of our projects and forced me to learn a new tool that helps me in the long run.”

Rachel expanded her skillset and grew her confidence by taking educated risks and owning their successes and failures. She also generated revenue in Q3 that significantly contributed to her team exceeding their goals! The growth of our business is driven by the growth of our people.
